Beckom: Beckoms, Mr. Beckom, Little Love
Eating habits: I am pumping 26+oz a day so boys get about 50% breast milk each. During they day they eat every 2-3 hours 3-6 ounces. We do 1 last feeding between 8:00 and 9:00 pm and then a "dream feed" between 3 and 6 am. When one wakes up to eat, I wake up the other
Sleeping habits: at 2.5 months we moved the boys into their cribs and I sleep on a matress on the floor. The boys are loud sleepers (breathe loud) so Darren has a hard time sleeping with them in the same room. Since Darren has gone back to work, the sleeping routine has been straight from heaven. Between 8-9pm we feed the boys and then change diapers, swaddle them, and turn on the ocean sound machine and lay them down in their cribs (even if wide awake) and they fall asleep without any further aide. I'm actually sleeping 7-8 hours a night and only have to wake up once to feed/pump. They almost always wake up for the day at 7:00 am on the dot.
Clothes size: 0-3
Mom's favorite outfit: army pants with jean shirt or Tiger head shirt
Weight/Height: at the 2 month checkup Noah weighed 11 lbs 7 oz and Beckom weight 10lb 15 oz. Noah was 23 inches and Beckom 23 3/4
Special tricks: at 2.5 months we saw the first official smiles. This was incredibly heart-warming. After the first smiles it seemed like it took a few days to get more, but now both the boys smile back, stare into our eyes, and if we are lucky we might get a long cute coooooo. Beckom tends to be more talkative and will coo till your heart melts. Just before 2 months Noah had a morning of rolling from tummy to back (4 times) but never did it again till recently. Beckom rolled from tummy to back a couple times a few days ago-but they don't do it everyday yet.
Likes: These children are obsessed with staring at the ceiling fan. We spin it all the time for them to watch and stare. They sometimes like "Baby Praise" video. Beckom seems to be more of a fan of tv than Noah and Noah seems to get excited about music. Noah enjoys bathtime and kicks a lot in the water. Beckom is 50/50 on bathtime and sometimes cries. Noah likes to burrow his head deep into his cuddler making us all nervous to check his airway. They both like there bumbo chairs and sit up in it for a bit each day.
Dislikes: They are both 50/50 on tummy time. They do lots of grunts and groans and really work at holding their heads up and trying to role. Sometimes Noah just lays there with his nose planted in the floor as if he is too tired or giving up.
